INCOMPARABLE IN TERMS OF QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY! I bought this company's first oven in 2005, it was worked with wood. Currently, I have several houses and a total of 7 ovens and all are FORNOFLEX. I'm in Cuiabá and despite the distance they give us technical support, including the Sprizza machines, for opening dough and the divider and modeler, also provided by them. For us, it is the best service and the best market oven. I RECOMMEND it!
I have bought a second-hand oven by Fornoflex here in Guarapuava, Paraná, which is the first of the brand here in the macro-region. It is a 2008 oven, that traveled a great distance to get here and it's simply perfect. It's an equipment for which I barely have any reserves; it won't leave you unassisted at any time. Even being 8 years of usage, it has an impressive thermal quality: Friends and customers cannot believe it when I show the thermometer indicating more than 500 degrees internally a nd only 48C outside!!! Now, the most interesting thing is: Even being an old oven with which FORNOFLEX theoretically has no further responsibility, they helped in the transportation, maintenance and with various tips on how to use it, as if I were a direct customer, and this is what transmits more confidence. I can say that it is one of the key differentiators at the Paulistana Pizza Bar, here in Guarapuava.
